Business Operations Manager

Our client, a food company, is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join their team in Anaheim, CA. The Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by overseeing product development, sales support, operational efficiency, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in bringing new snack ideas from concept to production.Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and production teams to develop packaging and branding.Track product timelines to ensure all steps are completed on schedule.Manage communication with retail buyers and key clients.Support sales efforts by gathering data, preparing presentations, and following up on leads.Assist in executing sales strategies to expand product reach.Oversee administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.Implement and maintain organizational systems to improve efficiency.Collaborate with different teams to streamline workflows and optimize productivity.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Track expenses, monitor invoices, and ensure financial accuracy.Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.High energy, self-motivated, and eager to take on challenges.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage projects, follow up on details, and meet deadlines.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and organizational software is a plus.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $24.00Workdays & Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with an additional 10 hours of overtime per week.
