The Business Operations Manager will work with hospital/institute operational areas to help effectively manage business affairs using financial data and key operational metrics. This position will support Finance and assist in developing business analysis work. The Business Operations Manager will train key management staff to help them become stronger business managers. In addition, this position will assist the hospital/institute with integration of new acquisitions and partnerships.

Bachelor degree required, Master degree preferred.Work Experience
Six to eight years of operational experience.Certifications

Requires extensive sitting & dexterity to perform work at a pc but also the ability to travel within the hospital or to other system locations.Ability to verbally communicate to employees & upper management.
