Primary responsibilities will include: Engage with customers to understand their product release requirements and manage that using services/tools. Delivery of end-to-end customer scenarios in partnership with the development team and deep engagements with customers and community. Development of analytics capabilities, driving business insights and market analysis. To succeed in this role, you should have technical and analytical skills, excellent cross-group collaboration, and a passion for customers. You should also have a track record of delivery, preferably in a services environment. Finally, you should be able to demonstrate both creativity and the ability to deliver on new ideas. **Qualifications** **Required** : Basic Qualifications: + 3+ Years of technical program management or product management experience. + Experience with Agile development methodologies Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a high-energy team. + Strong cross-team collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline, OR equivalent industry experience Strong technical background and solid foundation in software or platform engineering principles. + Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and/or Google Compute Platform **Other Requirements** : Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
