Position Title: Business Development Representative

Location: Remote US

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)

Pay Range: $38.00/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Shift Timings: Monday - Friday 1st shift 8.00am - 5.00pm

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be essential to our company's growth by identifying and engaging potential clients and partners. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building strong relationships. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and execute outreach efforts aligned with our company's objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales outreach, including cold calls, emails, and following up on inbound leads. Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, SFDC, Eloqua, InsideView, and DemandBase to create target lists, track interactions, and gather contact data. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute effective outbound campaigns. Acquire technical knowledge of our products to address questions from prospective clients. Schedule, participate in, and lead discovery sessions with prospects. Test and refine outreach methods, analyzing successes and areas for improvement. Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, effectively communicating our mission, brand, and value proposition. Meet key performance indicators related to meetings booked, calls made, and emails sent, evaluated weekly, quarterly, and annually, as well as contributing to the overall success of the Enterprise Sales team.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or Business Development role. Experience with marketing automation software and CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, SFDC, Eloqua, InsideView, DemandBase). Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or business development in a B2B environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional experience in healthcare or tech industries.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth. Strong analytical skills to understand and leverage data for decision-making. Adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
