Mastercard Summer Internship Program
The Mastercard Summer Internship Program is a comprehensive 10-week program aimed at early career talent, where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department’s goals and objectives.

What you’ll do:
We are offering summer internship opportunities across three key business functions: Account Management, Product Development and CSC Product - Central-European Consumer Segment teams. If you have a specific preference, please indicate it in your CV and/or Cover Letter. Otherwise, we will match you to the role that best aligns with your skill set.
1. Account Management:
Support the account manager in making client business review analysis, develop business presentations for customer meetings. You will participate in Account Manager's meeting supporting the Account Manager making meeting minutes. Learn to navigate in Salesforce (SFDC) sales pipeline management tool, creating CRM reports, and learn about end-to-end contract management process. You will learn how to solve customer challenges and issues and by doing so, how to navigate in a corporate environment in order to find solutions to these challenges across the organization (stakeholder management)
2. Product Development: Developing and exploring new payment solutions, including domestic and cross-border payment products. The Product Summer intern will assist in researching current market trends, contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative payment solutions.
3. CSC Product – Central-European Consumer Segment:
Support divisional (12 countries) consumer strategy development with deep-dive into statistics, reports and market overviews, drive sustainability-related initiatives, and collaborate with markets to iterate and refine key projects.
What you’ll need
• To be available to work Full-time between Mid-June to End of August.
• To be a Penultimate Masters/Undergraduate Student, due to graduate no earlier than 2026
• Proficiency in both English and Hungarian is required
• Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk-taking.
• Ability to partner across the organization.
• Sound communication skills.
• Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
• Additional languages a plus
