Inova Behavioral Health Center Fairfax is looking for a dedicated Business Ops Consultant to join the Fairfax Hospital - CATS - IOP Merrifield team. This role will be PRN.

Business Ops Consultant Job Responsibilities:
•    Coordinates the research efforts needed to support project related activities including research, analysis and reporting. 
•    Ensures that appropriate systems are developed, refined and implemented for optimal reimbursement across the operating units meeting all internal and external customer       needs.
•    Serves as a liaison between Behavioral Health and other entities such as clinic managers, coding, credentialing and other third parties.
•    Manages CSA contracts and negotiations with five – eight local jurisdictions and ensures compliance with all billing and regulatory requirements.
