GovCIO is currently looking for a Business Oversight manager to support CODIS application development/modernization. This position will be located near Quantico, VA and will be a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

Provide program management support to oversee CODIS development and operations teams. Manage and maintain risk register. Track scheduled activities and their progress. Maintain program dashboards and generate reports. Plan and respond to data calls. Analyze invoices for accuracy and completeness. Be SME on agile management approaches and frameworks.

Qualifications

High School with 3 - 10 years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance Required:  Top Secret eligible

 

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in governance, oversight andcost analysis or closely related experience including:Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Critical Path and Schedule Risk Assessment analysesRelating software development metrics to technical achievementCost estimating and reportingMinimum of three (3) years of Agile Software Development experienceMinimum of three (3) years of working experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Project, and SharePoint (User)Work experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and SharePoint (user)

Certification
