List of activities: + Lead financial planning, and Budget Reforecast processes. + Active participation in the monthly Business Planning Process + Prepare and present the monthly reports and variance analysis + Provide key business insights to support data-driven decision-making and efficient growth + Top line optimization Required skills: + Strong business partner + Communicates and connects easily to others on all levels + Able to work & lead projects in a multicultural, matrix environment + Rigorous, organized & motivated with high autonomy + Professional experience: 5 years of experience in controlling in a multinational environment (FMCG is an advantage) including 3 years as a Business controller + Master degree in a relevant field + Technical skills: Google tools, Microsoft excel.
