职位描述

1. Financial business partner for the planning and analysis

Monitor financial target achievement, risks and opportunities.Development proactively suggestions for countermeasures to achieve targets.Develop scenarios and provide trustfully decision relevant information/ recommendation to management including evaluation of different scenarios.

2. Cost benchmarking internal/external and Measures solutions.

3. Monitor and guide the compliance related topics.

4. Support finance digital solutions.

5. Lead commercial related process improvement.

6. Support development of new business models & projects.

Major task:

1. Financial planning and analysis task:

Planning of steering P&L and relevant KPIs.Development scenarios of cost planning.Identify risks and opportunities of business.Evaluation costs including digital cost investment of deviations vs target.Initiate and evaluate effectiveness of measures of cost center together with stakeholder

2. Consulting of management (shared function stakeholders) in commercial context.

3. Actively involvement and result interpretation of benchmarking activities.

4. Actively lead the digital solution.

5. Coordinate compliance cases to avoid business risks.

职位要求Bachelor degree or above in Commercial, Financial controlling or tax.>3-5 years of experience of controlling or business analysis.Leadership experience preferred.Good communication and collaboration skill.Advanced in strategic thinking and business overview.Good at IT skills (e.g. Python, power BI)Language : advanced English
