To save time applying, Toyota does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time. **Who we’re looking for** Toyota’s Indirect Procurement Shares Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Business Payment Specialist.   The primary responsibility of this role is to provide overall administration of the Toyota Amex Corporate Travel Cards program for all participating entities including Affiliated companies. The role’s key functions include servicing existing account requests/inquiries, process new applications, manage account delinquency and monitor end-user’s spending practices according to guidelines and procedures. Reporting to the Procurement Payment Program Manager, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement Shares Services department's objective to maintain/ foster relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met and incentives are maximized. **What you’ll be doing** • Manage customer requests/questions on AmEx Travel Corporate Card program using the 1TS Ticketing system and ensuring initial customer SLA (2-3 business days) are met • Manage new card applications processing, including onboarding/training new cardholders on program’s policy/procedures • Trouble-shoot and review/research account issues utilizing both Chrome River and AmEx systems to reconcile transactions as needed to resolve account balances • Ensure payments to AmEx are timely made by working with Accounts Payable and AmEx Account representative to mitigate late fees/delinquent charges and/or to ensure credits are timely refunded to cardholders • Conduct annual Cards Attestation process, including communication to ensure cardholders acceptance and following through to close out inactive or unresponsive cardholders’ account • Review relevant BOT output reports daily, weekly, and monthly to monitor compliance and proactively process/close out accounts for cardholders who are exiting and/or on Leave of Absence (LOA) • Analyze Spending data to mitigate high-risk, non-compliant purchases with ad-hoc reporting to support the program’s policy and procedures • Support Audit requests, including ad-hoc reporting on selected account transactions/activities to mitigate risks or fraudulent activities • Serve as the back-up resource for the Pcard administrator as needed **What you bring** • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience (finance/business/IT/customer service) • General accounting experience required, plus knowledge of AP and/or financial analysis knowledge • Working knowledge of SAP financial systems; Ariba P2P; Third-party systems; Websites/URLs; SharePoint • Experience using Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Word, etc.) **Added bonus if you have** • Understanding of Toyota's NA (North American) operations and purchasing needs across all affiliates, and Procurement experience is highly preferred • Experience with American Express and/or Chrome River systems is highly desirable • Ability to do reporting, complex process improvements/mappings, and/or data analysis • Ability to work with cross functional teams and manage resources to successfully complete tasks **What We’ll Bring** During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
