**Business Performance Manager**

The Business Performance Manager will be responsible for budget compilation, analysis, and communication, as well as comprehensive support to a diverse set of requests such as data visualizations, dashboard creation, project management, data insights, and continuous improvement as related to various PD functions and initiatives.
The successful candidate will be meticulous, results focused and have a proven record of financial reporting, problem solving and collaborating with stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including Finance, Process Development, and other partners across Operations.
This role will collaborate with scientists, business SMEs, and IT professionals to develop automated solutions and long-range financial planning tools, business cases and value capture modeling, and connecting the gamut of cross functional and finance data for ongoing transformation.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ Own and maintain various budgets, prepare financial reports and communications
+ Execute financial transactions, including purchase order processing, invoice verification, payment processing, and engaging with other functions to help plan and manage resource expenses, using Anaplan, Ariba or SAP software
+ Plan and track study spend, and report changes to finance and budget holders.
+ Conduct regular meetings with Stakeholders to discuss operational activities.
+ Identify potential department/cross functional process improvement activities.
+ Engage AI and other innovative tools
+ Own and maintain documentation of assumptions and processes
+ Participate in development of financial processes and systems, including automations as they relate to our strategic initiatives
+ Communicate with Business, Corp Finance and Functional Finance partners on alignment of financial data and assumptions

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma / GED and 10 years of operations experience OR
+ Associate’s degree and 8 years of operations experience OR
+ Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of operations experience OR
+ Master’s degree and 2 years of operations experience OR
+ Doctorate degree
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite including CoPilot
+ Experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPM, SAP, Anaplan, Smartsheet, Tableau/Power BI, Databricks, LabConnect
+ Advanced experience with financial modeling, consolidation, and reporting
+ Managerial and financial experience in a pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology manufacturing environment
+ Managerial and financial experience in a global, multi-site corporation
+ Experience in preparing executive communication to include written and oral presentations.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
