A unique opportunity to experience the full breadth of Highmark’s Enterprise Data & Analytics activities. This job supports Enterprise Data & Analytics with a range of strategic activities essential to the organization's business outcomes and change management activities. The incumbent assists in compiling content for business strategy planning, employee engagement activates, governance and scorecards, and team communications. Will work closely with the senior leaders within the function and across the organization to assist in execution of strategy and communication plans and performance monitoring.
