This individual will drive growth in the South region by developing new capabilities and capturing opportunities to optimize our partners’ physical and digital channels. The ideal candidate possesses a customer-centric mindset, excels at delivering a clear vision, and simplifies complex challenges to create exceptional customer and partner experiences. Bringing strategic thinking, robust project management expertise, and analytical proficiency to the role. The core mission is to unify regional governance, streamline strategies and initiatives, document best practices, and leverage data analytics and insights to support decision-making. DescriptionDescriptionOversee South Europe governance, including planning and managing Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs), Quarterly Planning (Q+1), and Weekly Reporting (WBR). Align mid- and long-term strategic priorities with South Europe Leadership and WE Leadership/Central RTM teams to ensure the efficient execution of initiatives. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to deliver actionable insights, collaborating with WW and regional research teams to secure relevant market intelligence. Lead project management and initiative tracking for growth in South Europe, championing regional best practices and creating a repository of successful executions. Support account planning for top accounts, coordinating closely with central RTM teams. Manage ideation and planning workshops, providing guidance, structure, and documentation of outcomes. Monitor and report on KPIs to assess the success of campaigns and strategies, conducting benchmarking and regular opportunity sizing.
