We are looking for a Business Planning & Operations Analyst who will join our team to lead strategic projects to grow and transform Thomson Reuter’s Global Print organization. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the structuring, planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact business transformation projects aligned with Global Print’s ambitious strategic objectives. Working across our multi-faceted business, you will drive work across all Global Print major functional areas and our enabling and cross-functional partner teams. This role will be critical in helping to identify, articulate, structure, and manage key business initiatives within Global Print. Additionally, you will be a key member of Global Print’s Innovation Team and support the planning and execution of AI and automation initiatives to bolster Global Print’s innovation culture and propel innovation throughout the organization at scale.

In this opportunity as Business Planning & Operations Analyst, you will:
Lead all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, with strategic direction from PMO and business owner leadershipDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including Global Print teams, cross-functional partner teams, and senior management.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks, and escalating issues as needed.Proactively identify business opportunities, develops and contributes to business strategy and solutions, and acts as a change leaderDevelop and maintain business optimization plans, including documentation of process & technology maps and optimization recommendationsFoster an energetic and innovative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.About You
You’re a fit for the role of Business Planning & Operations Analyst if your background includes:
6+ years of experience managing projects or leading strategic business initiatives, and managing and prioritizing backlogs and project portfolios.Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally and with stakeholders and team members at all levels, to drive initiatives with maximum business impact.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze information, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices.Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.Passion for Innovation (with AI, and citizen development) and business transformation.Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.Ability to balance the ideal operational state with doing what it takes to deliver on goals.Bachelor's degree required.If you are a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in project management and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply!
