Join IGT's Global Logistics Team as a Business Process Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming our logistics operations. In this high-visibility, fast-paced position, you will champion Lean principles to streamline processes, drive impactful initiatives, and elevate our logistics systems to world-class standards. As a key collaborator, you will work across multiple directorates, both within and beyond Nevada, to support a global customer base. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a blend of creative and analytical thinking, a deep understanding of warehouse systems and logistics organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams. Work with team to identify waste and cost savings projects. Participate with senior leadership and cross-functional project teams in the identification, assessment, development, and validation of process improvement opportunities. Focus on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver business results via the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Work with team on improvement initiatives across the organization including parts distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and production support. Work with team to develop continuous improvement models for process improvement initiatives. Report KPI metrics charts to measure process improvements. Calculate and report process improvement cost savings calculations. Develop/maintain detailed process and Value Stream maps. Ensure comprehensive organization of updated documentation of processes and methodologies. Lead, maintain and contribute to Lean concepts, and teaching through an established departmental LSS program. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; related experience will be considered. Previous experience working in transportation, logistics, and warehousing environments. Background in industries such as Gaming, High Tech, Electronics, or Consumer Goods. Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, including SAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is preferred. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, including KPIs, project management, and cost savings analysis. Knowledge of Lean tools, including Value Stream Mapping, A3 methodology, and Kaizen, with experience facilitating training and events. Familiarity with analytical tools, including Power BI, LamaSoft, and Microsoft SQL. At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,990/yr - $96,845/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
