Join IGT's Global Logistics Team as a Business Process Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming our logistics operations. In this high-visibility, fast-paced position, you will champion Lean principles to streamline processes, drive impactful initiatives, and elevate our logistics systems to world-class standards. This role is critical for standard operational reporting and daily logistics activities. As the main driver of IGT’s Lean Operating System program, you will lead efforts to identify and eliminate process waste—especially those affecting output and quality. Additionally, you will serve as a key project manager for new logistics initiatives and provide essential support for revenue activities, including production, electronic gaming machine shipping, and parts distribution center shipping. If you are ready to drive meaningful change and support IGT’s mission of innovation and operational excellence, this is your opportunity to lead and make an impact. + Own and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across Logistics to enhance performance, reduce waste, and support business objectives. + Manage operational reporting, including KPI tracking and performance metrics. + Lead Lean Operating System initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across logistics operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, shipping, and production support. + Provide critical support for revenue-generating activities, including production, electronic gaming machine shipping, and parts distribution center shipping. + Identify and eliminate process waste, particularly output and quality impediments. + Act as a key project manager for new logistics initiatives and major process improvement projects. + Diagnose and resolve issues with RF guns to ensure seamless logistics operations. + Work with senior leadership and cross-functional project teams to assess, develop, and validate process improvement opportunities. + Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and business performance improvements. + Maintain and report process improvement cost savings while ensuring accurate tracking of logistics performance metrics through detailed process and Value Stream maps. + Contribute to Lean concepts, training, and development through an established departmental LSS program. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of logistics processes, methodologies, and improvements to ensure consistency and compliance. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; related experience will be considered. + Previous experience working in transportation, logistics, and warehousing environments. + Background in industries such as gaming, tech, or consumer goods. + Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. + Familiarity with warehouse management systems, including SAP. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Experience troubleshooting and maintaining RF guns. + Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, including KPIs, project management, and cost savings analysis. + Knowledge of Lean tools, including Value Stream Mapping, A3 methodology, and Kaizen. + Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is preferred, but not required. + Strong project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and drive initiatives to completion. + Familiarity with analytical tools like Power BI, LamaSoft, and Microsoft SQL. **Keys to Success** + Building collaborative relationships + Decision making + Drive results + Foster innovation + Personal energy + Self-leadership _IGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,990/yr - $96,845/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.
