Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Stamford, CT. Summary: This role requires understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of the lines of business to enable change and deliver value to the organization. The Analyst conducts complex analysis on current and future state business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated. You will play a critical role in driving operational enhancements to the Spectrum ecosystem, including agent tools, customer-facing portals and apps as well as internal process improvements across the organization. In this role, you will work independently with minimal supervision. Major Duties and Responsibilities: * Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases * Business Process Analyst will review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes achieve the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels * Validates IT process design and documentation as needed for new enhancements; Create workflows and convey findings in PowerPoint, Excel and/or Visio
