HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Perform data entry and records updates in HOM SNContribute to project success by influencing individuals on and outside of your teamCollect information by engaging in dialogue with staff, reviewing databases, and interpreting reportsProduces reporting on an as-needed basis (daily, weekly, monthly)Determines business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or client informational needsProvide data analytics and key insightsCollect detailed project requirements; anticipate technical needs; collaborate with developers to create future state automated workflowsHighlight and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across different sections


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Degree, Technical Training, Certification(s) or relevant years of experience 1+ year experience preferably as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst or relevant experienceUS CITIZENSHIP is a mustExpert with Excel and/or SharepointAbility to manipulate data in Excel and/or SharepointExperience with proactively problem solving and initiating communication with senior leadersExposure to Agile, Project Management Principles and JiraRequired to take initiative to develop, run, and present project reportsAbility to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time.Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needsOutstanding communication skills with the ability to present to business leadersDemonstrated experience consulting with internal and external customers to understand business needs and make recommendationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and part of a team

The likely salary range for this position is $56,680 - $63,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
