About the Role 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team, working closely with our Project Manager, Developers, and Solution Architect. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our stakeholders and development team, ensuring that all business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable requirements. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting these requirements and collaborating with our developers to build innovative solutions within an Agile Framework.

Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, creating user stories, and ensuring that our solutions align with the business goals. If you’re a problem-solver who wants to help a business win, this is the role for you!

 

About The Team 

You’ll be joining a team with a reputation for delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business value.  From robotics to AI, we are consistently consulted to provide new solutions to problems that our business units face. Our team includes a Project Manager who oversees the end-to-end execution of projects, Developers focused on building robust and scalable solutions, and a Solution Architect who ensures our designs align with both technical and business objectives. Oh, and there’ll be another Business Analyst to show you the ropes too!

 

 

What You Will Be Doing 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects

Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional requirements for the development team

Work closely with the Developer and Solution Architect to ensure that solutions align with the business objectives and technical feasibility

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle

Perform testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet requirements before deployment

 

What You Bring 

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills 

Ability to work well independently and within a team
