Kforce has a client that is seeking a Hybrid Business Process Analyst/Product Manager to join their team in Sandy Springs, GA. Essential Functions: * Business Process Analyst/Product Manager will document and conduct thorough analysis of current financial processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization * Collaborate with IT and finance/accounting teams to design and implement new financial software solutions or enhancements to existing systems * Develop and maintain detailed documentation of financial systems and processes, including user manuals and training materials * Assist in the selection and implementation of new financial software and tools * Conduct regular audits of financial systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with processes and regulations * Provide training and support to finance team members on new processes and systems * Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations * Lead and manage projects related to enhancement of financial systems, ensuring time and within-budget delivery * As a Business Process Analyst/Product Manager, you will monitor and report on the effectiveness of financial systems and process improvements * Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets * Facilitate communication between finance, accounting, IT, and other stakeholders regarding financial system needs and changes
