What will you do?

For Regional Process Office Canada, we are looking for a Part-Time Business Process and Technology Specialist. The individual will be working out of our Oakville office and will be responsible for supporting the analysis, optimization and digitalization of business processes.

Responsibilities:

Identification of new opportunities, by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility together with the business process owners. Benchmarking and implementing local and global initiatives and ensuring alignment with Siemens standards. Leading and supporting internal projects or project teams by documenting activities and monitoring ongoing tasks. Interested in gaining know-how on technologies such as Robotic Software Automation, Business Intelligence Tools, Low-Code Applications and GenAI. Leading & participating in process optimization & design workshops as part of an agile project team. Supporting regional or global improvement, idea and innovation programs. Creating department communication and marketing materials.

What will you need to succeed?

Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science/business administration or similar fields. Lean Six Sigma or Agile certifications would be an asset. Well versed in Microsoft suite. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate. Adept at learning new technology.
