Business Process Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team of contract and pricing specialists. Your primary mission will be to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial and government operations. This role involves crafting and managing commercial strategies, partnerships, and innovative product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Innovate and refine business models, optimizing pricing for diverse offerings.
+ Advise sales and customer success teams on deal structures.
+ Partner with solution teams to determine optimal pricing and margins.
+ Perform financial analysis to support product management.
+ Ensure cohesive pricing strategies across departments.
+ Lead vendor pricing negotiations for product development.
+ Formulate pricing strategies that maximize profitability while staying competitive.
+ Support market research and influence RFPs for commercial and government acquisitions.
+ Offer expert guidance on pricing under FAR Part 12 – 15, GSA schedules, and other government regulations.
+ Develop financial evaluations for business cases.
+ Align pricing strategies across various stakeholders.
+ Introduce commercial pricing expertise to the organization.
+ Address inquiries on commerciality, fair pricing, and compliance.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience, Master's degree with 13+ years, or PhD/JD with 10+ years.
+ US Citizenship required.
+ Extensive experience with government contracts and acquisition processes.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ In-depth knowledge of FAR and public laws related to pricing.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Experience with various contract types, including FFP, cost-plus, and IDIQ.
+ Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong negotiation and communication skills with business partners.
+ Willingness to travel periodically.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
