Job Description
Join a dynamic insurance organization headquartered in downtown Omaha, NE, as a Business Process Data Architect. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver master data management, governance, and analytics solutions that support the company’s strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Review processes, design solutions, and implement resultsManage and execute process improvement projects to achieve cost reductions, enhanced quality, and greater efficiencyAct as a technical authority in implementing process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and basic problem-solvingLead teams and provide recommendations for optimizing efficiencies in data management and mainframe systemsCollaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data architecture solutions with current systems
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MathematicsAzure certification (Microsoft Azure Data Engineering Associate (DP-203) Professional Certificate)5+ years of experience in process modeling, data architecture, and data warehousingProficiency with technologies such as Power Designer, SSIS, Azure, and AWSProcess engineering and reengineering experience, including a Lean Six Sigma backgroundCloud data architecture expertiseStrong SQL skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Migration experienceLean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
