Compensation includes a base salary of $53,200.00 - $79,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Business Process Design & Improvement Analyst I

Job Description Summary

The Business Process Design and Improvement Analyst is responsible for the consistency and integrity of data within the Manheim software systems for the Business Operations Center. They will become an expert in Manheim Fee data and related business process operations. The Business Process Design and Improvement Analyst will proactively identify, research, and resolve fee issues and system anomalies, along with creating & maintaining Operational reporting. They should be able to suggest data and/or process improvements. The Business Process Design and Improvement Analyst will need to collaborate cross functionally with leaders and have general understanding of accounting & finance. They will need to be able to document standard operating procedures and data flow. Work in a team environment to perform data entry, testing and/or pushing data to production environments.

Job Description

Responsible for reviewing and implementing national fee agreements; and supporting local fee agreementsTroubleshoot fee issues involving but not limited to national and local fee agreementAnalyze exceptions from the Deal Form and make any necessary manual entriesCollaborate with local auctions to troubleshoot and research national and local fee issuesCollaborate with partner teams to implement approved default fees and fees for new productsProvide operational support to employees, clients, and vendorsMake changes to data to enhance performance and accuracy based on client and business requirementsDraft recommendations to address business needs based on analysisPerform analysis to determine process improvement opportunities and evaluate alternativesAssist with developing processes and procedures that improve our client’s experience or fee related processesEnsure the integrity of system data related to company quality guidelines, client requirements and expectations, and operational processes though validation processesDevelop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures for BOC systems and functionsPerform contract implementation & billing analysisIdentify, research, and resolve system anomaliesProvide data and reports for monitoring and decision support using query development and report writing toolsRepresent BOC at client or corporate meetings regarding fee managementPerform related duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications:

Education:

BA/BS degree; or equivalent combination of education and work-related experienceExperience in positions within operations or support related field preferred

Experience:

Experience in the documentation of work-related proceduresProficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products, with strong knowledge of ExcelExperience with data entryBasic knowledge of query tools or SQL

Competencies/Skills:

Effective interpersonal and customer service skillsAS400 experienceRunning SQL queries experienceGood organizational and analytical skillsExcellent Computer SkillsHigh standards with extreme attention to detailExcellent verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, concise documentationAbility to troubleshoot hardware/softwareAbility to travel up to 10%
