Job Description

EBAD seeks a Business Process Engineer. This position is located in Moorpark, CA and will report to the Business Process Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate the current business processes and identify areas for improvement.Diagnose problems with current methodology and establish action plans to redesign, implement and monitor business processes to assure effectiveness.Guidance in interpreting and adapting quality standards and government regulations.Analyze and review Past Audit findings to determine systemic root cause resulting in no major findings during Customer audits and DNV Periodic audits.Research and review up-to-date business processes and new advancements to make systems more modern with consideration to productivity and efficiency.Establish tools for measuring business process performance and consistently work to update and further improve the processes.Prepare GAP AnalysisDefine and maintain training and competency plans for business processes.Define and Maintain IFS Scripts, AD procedures.Lead Internal Audit, AS9100 Audit, Customer Audit for assigned processes providing Root Cause and Corrective Action Responses to process escapes.Collaborate with users and stakeholders to create initiatives dependent upon business requirements and needs.Communicate and educate employees on the solution and their roles in the business processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field of studyMinimum 5 years’ experienceUnderstanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing practices, Problem Solving Skills and in depth understanding of ERP/MRP systemsUnderstands Present Mode of Operation (PMO) and Future Mode of Operation (FMO) concepts.Strong skills in MS Windows – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiar and able to work in Microsoft Teams and ProjectExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Working Knowledge of AS9100 Rev DExperience working with senior-level decision makers.Aerospace industry knowledge and expertise

Compensation:

Salary Range: $85,000-$135,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
