Responsibilities Arcfield is looking for a Business Process Engineer to join our team to supporting the Sponsor Front Office-level by analyzing, recommending, and optimizing operational strategies. The candidate will engage in a diverse set of tasks covering a broad set of consulting capabilities, apply a variety of analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills and techniques to both standard and unique business processes. Additionally, the candidate will document and evaluate business processes and make process improvement recommendations, produce a variety of communications including executive briefings. Duties include but are not limited to: Performs analysis and design related to software and/or engineering projects. Defines, interprets, and develops quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection in accordance with Sponsor’s requirements. Investigates and analyzes unique or technical customer issues providing technical assistance in establishing procedures and methods. Reviews and evaluates trends implementing corrective action as needed. Interfaces with customers, vendors, and all company departments to resolve technical and quality problems. Performs technical surveillance of a complex nature in the control of processes, design concepts, software, and specification requirements. Provides leadership in the areas of producibility and process improvement, quality engineering, software quality, software configuration management, and procurement quality engineering. Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Requires 5 - 7 years relevant experience with BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer Information Systems. Four (4) years of experience supporting technical programs in a business process engineering or systems engineering capacity that included technical lifecycle planning, requirements analysis and systems design. Desired Qualifications Two (2) years of experience actively supporting technical projects within the Intelligence Community that required an understanding of business process and/or systems engineering principles and practices. An active certification relative to business systems management, system engineering, information technology, system administration, or computer science.
