Join us as Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) Business Process Excellence Manager (BPEM) and you will manage a team Business Process Specialists (GRA BPS) responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving GRA business processes. This position involves strategic oversight, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and providing mentorship to GRA BPS team members. The role ensures alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence through streamlined processes and integrated systems.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day management, coaching, and professional development to a team of Business Process Specialists and conduct performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.Collaborate with GRA Business Process Integration team and Business Process Owners (GRA BPOs) to define and prioritize process improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals.Guide the BPS in driving BP improvement initiatives with the BPOs and the SMEs and in collecting, analyzing, and reporting process performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.Ensure all processes are effectively integrated into the Signavio platform, enabling transparency and centralized management.Monitor and report risks associated with business processes, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.Represent the BPS team in strategic discussions, ensuring their contributions align with overall business objectives.Provide organizational and administrative oversight for critical deliverables, including preparing presentations, updating spreadsheets, and tracking milestones.Act as a point of coordination to manage resources, timelines, and reporting for cross-functional projects.Contribute to the change management roadmap and Business Continuity Plan updatePromote best practices in process management, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and methodologies.  Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments, driving alignment and knowledge-sharing within the business process network.

About you

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Process Management, or related field (master’s preferred).Formal certification on Lean Six Sigma, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) and/or AI in Business Process Management is a plus.

Experience:

Proven leadership experience managing teams in business process management, operations, or similar domains.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the regulatory affairs function within the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.Strong understanding of processes and requirements within the pharmaceutical industry, with focus on GxP (Good Practice) and regulatory standards.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven ability to think strategically and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable results.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Digital driven appetite and mindset are a must, with experience on Veeva RIM.

Language:

Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
