Our location in Lakr Forest IL, currently has an opportunity for a Business Process Excellence Project Manager. The Business Process Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for driving business process excellence and technology within Global Master Data team, providing ideas and working on projects for business process improvements and implementing new technology solutions. Most stakeholders are in US, Orlando and Galway, Ireland. Business trips may be required depending on project needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Analyze existing business processes and provide ideas for improvementDesign new processes and facilitate discussions with stakeholdersDrive implementation of new technologies to support business processesConduct workshops with end users and other stakeholders to identify requirementsWork with technical team to ensure solution fits requirementsTrack project execution

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

Experience in large multinational companies in Business Analyst or Business Process Excellence rolesBachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant degree/experience set5+ years of relevant experienceBusiness Process design experienceIT project implementations in PM, BA or BRM role

Preferred

SAP or similar ERP experience preferredProficient organizational and project management skillsAbility to execute and deliver tasks based upon defined timelineEnglish language proficiency

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
