Business Process Improvement Specialist – Planning / Business Adoption Team (BAT)

Introduction to the job

Exciting role for a Business Process Specialist in ASML’s Business Adoption Team (BAT), specializing in Planning. Requires expertise in the domain, collaborative problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate change. Key responsibilities include analyzing and promoting the benefits of process improvements, fostering collaboration, and aligning stakeholders toward common goals. Role and responsibilities

Is the custodian of the Planning domain, managing the design and implementation of (continuous) improvements, whilst maintaining standardization, an end-to-end process view and breaking through (department) silo’s

Is the champion of Planning and improvement projects, communicating benefits to Key Users, Production end users and business leaders

Is responsible for identifying & prioritizing business requirements that determine how applications will support their process(es)

Supports translation of Wilton Factory (WF) strategy & business objectives into (short and long term) improvements for the appropriate process(es) and applications

Needs to have a clear vision on how improvements enable WF (in context of ASML as a whole) to realize its strategy, business priorities and (fSAP) benefits.

Partners up with WF staff & line mngt, key-users/LSMEs, IT, Architects, GBPLs and GSMEs to ensure Wilton- and ASML-wide prioritization and cohesion.

Operates in /as a team to secure coverage over the end-to-end scope of Wilton Operations, and manages interfaces with other sectors e.g. D&E, Engineering, Optics

As the SME, may develop an/or conduct training for new end users and current end users on new processes and process changes

Education and experience

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

2+ years within ASML with experience supporting Planning.

Experience working with business processes

Skilled in change & conflict management

Familiar with production environment (business process, SAP)

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite

Has a broad network within the organization

Has deep knowledge of the Wilton organization, core products and its E2E process

Skills

Has ability to translate strategy / business issues into capabilities and practical solutions

Is able to see and communicate from a high level view, x-sector, x-BL

Ability to connect, motivate & mobilize people

Skilled in workshop, training, and meeting facilitation skills

Willingness to change and strive for best solutions for Wilton and ASML as a whole

Is able to work project-based and plan own work

Takes on challenges with a positive mentality

Ability to work as an integral team player as well as thrive when working alone

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical mindset and approach to problems
