**Job Description**
Would you like to bring your expertise of crafting business processes to the LEGO Group? Are you skilled in analyzing processes within a production and sales company (including Tax considerations) and have a talent for identifying areas of improvement?
This role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to influence decisions at all levels both around our business & financial processes as well as our system landscape, with the aim to drive standardization as well as flexibility and agility.
**Core Responsibilities**
As Retail Services Process Manager you will design, maintain, and optimize financial processes for our Retail business (i.e. Retail Stores, LEGO.Com, Lease Management and Model Production) incorporating tax implications and considerations
+ Drive the development, standardization, optimization and documentation of Material Flow processes related to Model Production
+ Ensure governance is built into business processes, including tax considerations (“compliance by design”)
+ Define, test and implement new system functionalities
+ Partner Management of process users, Global Process Owner, IT & other internal and external partners
+ Participate in projects and activities, requiring process and system knowledge as well as change management focus
+ Training in systems, processes and governance

Business Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance, Tax & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on end-to-end processes.
Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with digital solutions. You will be based in Billund or Prague and join a global team of more than 70 dedicated colleagues.
Your will be part of BPI Retail Services team consisting of 6 specialists. Our main purpose is to ensure that the LEGO Group is follows tax and other legal requirements and that we support the business through the development of efficient and sustainable processes
**Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?**
The ideal candidate brings solid understanding of business processes in a production and/or sales company, including experience with the FI & CO modules in SAP. In addition, you have experience within:
+ Transformation projects is an advantage
+ Intercompany transactions, Material flow and production orders
+ Global projects and change management
As a person, you show effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written) and the ability to explain complex issues in a language a user can understand. You are strong in building relationships across functional areas and cultures and you demonstrate both an E2E attitude as well as the approach of a deep functional specialist.
It will be an advantage if you have experience working in or with a Finance Shared Service Center organization serving multiple countries with various tax, legal and financial requirements (i.e. VAT, E-invoice, E-reporting solutions)
