Responsibilities\n\nSupport customer inquiries regarding MAC, eSO technical and navigational assistance, profile activation. \nMAC operations and data entry into MaID\nPerform quality assurance and address hygiene in MaID entries. \nHandle customer inquiries on MaID\/MAC issues. \nParticipate in education \/ awareness \/ testing for business continuity readiness to ensure effectiveness.\nAdhere to procedures and departmental improvement guidelines as well as risk identification. \nCommunicate and escalate customer issues to management.\nEnsure that all MAC requests are thoroughly reviewed and actioned as appropriate.\nOther duties as assigned\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nHigh school Diploma or equivalent
\nInternship or relevant coursework in business process management, operations, or a related area is a plus, but not required.
\nBasic analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data.
\nGood verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
\nExposure to process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus but not mandatory.
\nBasic understanding of process improvement concepts such as Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage but not required.
\nStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to group projects.
\nWillingness to learn new skills, processes, and tools quickly.
\nGood organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
\nA proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to team goals.
\nA basic understanding of customer service principles and a desire to support client satisfaction.
\nAny relevant coursework or certifications in business process management or project management are a plus, but not required.\n\n
