Responsibilities
+ Support customer inquiries regarding MAC, eSO technical and navigational assistance, profile activation.
+ MAC operations and data entry into MaID
+ Perform quality assurance and address hygiene in MaID entries.
+ Handle customer inquiries on MaID/MAC issues.
+ Participate in education / awareness / testing for business continuity readiness to ensure effectiveness.
+ Adhere to procedures and departmental improvement guidelines as well as risk identification.
+ Communicate and escalate customer issues to management.
+ Ensure that all MAC requests are thoroughly reviewed and actioned as appropriate.
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ High school Diploma or equivalent
+ Internship or relevant coursework in business process management, operations, or a related area is a plus, but not required.
+ Basic analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
+ Exposure to process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus but not mandatory.
+ Basic understanding of process improvement concepts such as Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage but not required.
+ Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to group projects.
+ Willingness to learn new skills, processes, and tools quickly.
+ Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
+ A proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to team goals.
+ A basic understanding of customer service principles and a desire to support client satisfaction.
+ Any relevant coursework or certifications in business process management or project management are a plus, but not required.
