Job Description We are currently hiring a fulltime Business Process Manager in support of one of the leading heavy building materials companies on the East Coast. The Business Relationship Manager will join a growing team as they will be overseeing analysts on the MIS Applications Team. This individual will be responsible for standardizing and bringing together business processes for the team. Candidates should have industry knowledge within construction, plant manufacturing, or similar and must be comfortable with 25% travel. Compensation: $120K-$150K/year per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements -Experience in management, leading teams of 3-7 people. -Technical background such as Business or Data Analyst -Bachelors Degree in applicable field -Knowledge of ERP systems (EX: SAP, Sales/Distribution, order to cash, procure to pay, etc.) -Proven ability to make connections in business lines and standardize processes. · Extensive experience overseeing business functionalities · A background working with MIS Applications.
