Job Description
As the Group Business Process Manager, you will work with a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be responsible for process design, implementation, and quality control monitoring using appropriate methods to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure impact. This role involves working on multiple large and highly complex projects for operational improvement, providing compelling business cases with proven cost savings or process efficiencies, and collaborating with teams across technology and business segments to align strategic vision and build requirements.
Responsibilities
+ Design, implement, and monitor business processes to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure impact.
+ Work on multiple large and highly complex projects for operational improvement, providing compelling business cases with proven cost savings or process efficiencies.
+ Collaborate with teams across technology and business segments to align strategic vision and build requirements using operational knowledge of core back-office functions.
+ Leverage expansive knowledge of operating model and shared services best practices, key performance indicators, industry trends, continuous process improvement techniques, and emerging technologies.
+ Explain business benefits of end-to-end operating model projects and contribute to business case/feasibility development.
+ Identify and document the impact of change, suggesting policy, goal, and rule changes.
+ Provide executive leadership updates on projects and recommendations.
+ Seek out opportunities for increased system and end-to-end process efficiencies and operational improvement.
+ Recommend improvements through the implementation of more efficient processes, modifications of the operating model, current systems, and implementation of new systems, organizational design, processes, and technologies.
+ Contribute to the creation of the strategic vision and ensure process and system alignment.
+ Provide structure, feedback, and direction, creating clear and measurable goals and holding self and others accountable.
+ Mentor and contribute to the organization's body of knowledge on process design, modeling, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
+ Foster business knowledge and understanding among managers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
+ Navigate and mentor others through complex political situations effectively and quietly.
+ Invest in stakeholder management, gaining stakeholder trust, and brokering consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs.
+ Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Shared services experience, specifically on the finance side
+ Understanding of finance, business processes, key performance indicators (KPI), transformation, and process improvement
+ Change management expertise
+ Experience with SAP, Oracle, and project management
+ Modeling skills
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
+ Adaptability to dynamic business environments
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Required)
+ 7-10 years of related work experience (Required)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
