The PositionWe advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love. In this role you will serve as the link between local and global business and acts as “translator” between local business and IT professionals. Provide global leadership and consultancy for implementation, management and further development of the global divisional best practice processes. Review local change requests and identifies potential for changes to global solution. Contribute and coordinates the global harmonization and consolidation of Warehouse- and Transportation Management processes and also ERP/APO Material Requirements Planning and SAP BW Reporting processes together with the local and global teams as well as the relevant IT professionals, supporting and promoting best practice solutions.
The Opportunity
You will participate in the local or global change management process with Global Supply Chain and IT professionals
Act as counterpart to IT professionals for project implementation, solution development and issue resolution
Evaluate the business requirements for local, regional or global relevance, conduct fit-gap-analysis of business requirements to global best practices and write, refine and define the requirement paper
Partner with, advises and supports the BPOs, CMT and IT in priority setting and resource allocation
Provide guidance on technical and cross-functional implications
Organize and leads international and multi-cultural workshops using and building upon the Roche Global Supply Chain network
In conjunction with the GCR or the IT professionals, plans, prepares, coordinates and executes integration testing and user acceptance testing with the necessary documentation for local and global requirements and business release updates supporting easy roll-out and local implementation. Develops training materials for new functionality and assists with training when needed. Maintains Quick Reference Guides Active member or leader of Change Management Team representing local business needs for requirements/initiatives or roll-out projects to drive and promote best practice solutions across Roche Diagnostics affiliates and Distribution Centers
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education
5 years professional experience in a related; OR 3 years with a Master’s degree
Preferred
Leadership and project management skills
Understanding of the SAP modules and solutions Warehouse Management, Extended Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, ERP or APO Material Requirements Planning Know-How and SAP BW Reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrable ability to proactively plan and lead project activities and committing to deliverables and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional language skills in Spanish considered to be an advantage
Awareness and ability to lead and work in multi-cultural teams

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $78,400 - $145,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
