Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Business Process Specialist II.  Responsibilities include the evaluation of existing processes, process improvement, capacity analysis, productivity enhancement, training program development and operational technical support. The BPS should possess strong skills in the areas of problem solving, analytics, and communication. 

Skills/Qualifications

Required 

  

3+ years' of experience in successfully implementing process improvement and/or productivity enhancements; Proficient knowledge of manufacturing or distribution processes; Bachelor's Degree preferred; Areas of study preferred: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or Operations Management  Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet  Strong problem solving, process improvement and communication skills  Experience using ERP and/or WMS systems  Valid driver's license

Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Illinois local city or state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation.

The base salary generally ranges between $80,135.00 - $101,743.82/Year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
