We are looking for a Business Process Specialist to join us in our Patient Evidence team, based in any of Brussels (Belgium), Slough (UK) or Atlanta or Raleigh (US)

 

About the role

The Strategic Process Excellence team is a group of global experts and talent from the business, who drives and fosters best in class processes and risk management in Patient Evidence.

 

Who you’ll work with

You will report into the Head of Strategic Process Excellence

 

What you’ll do

Manage new process/procedural document creation and revision within Patient EvidenceAssist Business Process Lead on process improvement activitiesServe as iGrafx (Business Process Management tool) Expert within Patient Evidence and for interfaces.Serve as Source Controlled Documents Expert within Patient EvidenceLiaison between UCB and Strategic Partners

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degreeHigh customer and service orientationPassion for continuous improvement and diligent in executing processes and compliance standardsStrong computer skills and technical savvy, e.g., MS-Office, business process management tools & VEEVAGood communication incl. listening and presenting skillsStrong team player, open and transparent with others in sharing knowledge to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
