Business Process Support Analyst
Job Description This position leads the optimization of Customer Care processes, working with cross-functional teams and SAP users to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring trends, implementing tool and process changes, and driving innovation using Lean Principles. The role manages key customer relationships, collaborates with departments like Forecasting and Sales, and ensures alignment in order management processes. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and improve processes to drive business results. Develop and communicate policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with best practices in Customer Service. Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities. Support ERP-related programs for successful rollouts. Audit and update training materials. Provide user training and support. Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience. Identify and drive Customer Service improvements. Utilize project management skills for implementation plans. Translate technical capabilities into actionable recommendations. Analyze data to develop troubleshooting and process improvements. Manage and update inventory management processes. Skills and Requirements Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience required SAP Change order Order to cash, order mngt, EDP, ERP, operations behind the scenes, invoicing, customer request 3+ years experience in Customer Care, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or related field Multiple functions, plant or cross sector experience is preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills, specifically in a training environment Willing to challenge the status quo and facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions Experience in SAP systems and processes Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and/or LEAN principles and tools Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills Strong project management skills Strong organizational skills including attention to detail null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
