User Experience and AI is a clear focus for SAP. As the thought leaders for Application Lifecycle Management, we develop the SAP Cloud ALM platform with applications and services to support the complete application lifecycle for all SAP solutions. Furthermore, it is a key solution within the RISE Customer Delivery Initiative.

 

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and creative Business Processes Associate Consultant joining our global UX Design Team as UX Designer, evolving our solution to the next design level, focusing on user experience along the product lifecycle while using AI technology. 

 

In this role you will

work closely with product owners, developers, and other designers to create user-centric and AI-powered solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. guide the product direction from a design perspective and contribute to SAP design system. be involved in all phases of the design-led-development process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing. have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with other UX experts across SAP. engage with end users and customers to understand their needs and collaborate on concepts for new functionality. demonstrate and validate main user flows in interactive prototypes and run fast learning cycles to improve these concepts. clearly communicate design decisions and research findings to different audiences such as engineers, managers or customers.

 

What you bring

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design or other related fields. Experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Good understanding of user research methods, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.  Experience conducting usability testing and applying feedback to design iterations. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices in creating inclusive designs. You possess good knowledge of Lean UX, Design Thinking, and agile development methods such as SCRUM. Skills in UX Engineering, UX Research, and UX Writing are an advantage. Know-how SAP UX Design Guidelines would be an advantage.
