We are looking for a SAP FICO consultant who has the ability to configure, debug and optimize the SAP FICO module in accordance with customer needs, so as to ensure that the system meets business requirements.

Main Tasks & Objectives:

Proficient in SAP FICO module, with in-depth understanding and practical operation experience in various functions of financial accounting (FI) and management accounting (CO), including but not limited to general ledger processing, accounts receivable and payable management, fixed asset management, cost center and profit center accounting, etc. Be proficient in applying SAP Best Practice to optimize customers' processes and implement the optimized processes. Familiar with financial business processes, possess solid financial knowledge, and understand accounting standards, tax regulations and other relevant financial norms. Have rich experience in SAP ERP implementation projects and have participated in at least two complete project implementations, ranging from demand research, scheme design to system launch and later maintenance. Be able to independently undertake the implementation work of SAP FICO module, including demand analysis, business process design, system configuration and user training. Master certain data processing and analysis skills, be able to process financial data and conduct analysis to provide support for decision-making. Have experience in handling complex project issues and responding to project risks, and be able to solve problems in a timely manner during the project implementation process to ensure project progress and quality.

Role Requirements

Bachelors/master’s degree or above Candidates with financial and accounting background or relevant professional degrees are preferred. On the premise of having an SAP FICO background, those with a background in PaPM or GR are preferred. Have strong learning ability and adaptability to new technologies and new businesses, and be able to timely master the updates and upgrades of SAP systems. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Strong customer focused attitude and high stress tolerance Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Open personality and professional communication style Good presentation and communication skills in Chinese and English Be a responsible person with critical thinking mindset. Willing to travel for assignments (short term and long term)
