Are you skilled at multitasking, problem-solving, and communicating effectively? Do you have excellent administrative skills and want to learn about contracts and procurement? In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the OnBase contract database, entering budget data, and handling any public records requests. Apply today!Systematically review and verify all procurement and non-procurement amendments, contracts, and other ancillary documents. Perform analysis and interpret contents including vendor information, commencement, project duration, and other necessary details, and accurately make required entries into the OnBase database. Manage the flow of contracts in and out of Procurement, identify issues, and coordinate with the vendor, the Office of the County Attorney, and the County Signature Authorities. Utilize DocuSign as necessary to prepare and process contract renewals and amendments. Maintain a database of information surrounding contract pick-up/drop-off process. Ensure compliance with regulatory/county principles, policies, and practices. Serves as a P-Card Account Coordinator. Respond to procurement inquiries from external vendors, citizens, and internal departments via telephone, email, and in person.Work Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
About YouMinimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Public/Business Administration, or related field AND three (3) years of professional experience.OR- Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Public/Business Administration, or related field AND one year of professional experience.OR- Five (5) years of professional-related experience can be substituted for the degree at management's discretion.A valid Florida Driver's License at the time of hire.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous contract management experience.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong administrative skills. About Everything ElseStarting Pay Range: $52,936.00 - $57,000.00/annually, based on experience
