Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Business Product Analyst to join their team. As a Business Product Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. **Job Title:** Business Product Analyst **Location:** Westlake, Ohio **Pay Range:** $70,000 - $85,000 per year with a 25% prorated bonus structure **What's the Job?** + Provide the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. + Ensure high-level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements. + Partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT to facilitate, define and document relevant business processes, gaining an understanding of the needs, measures, and risks & controls for the improvement area. + Lead, collaborate with, and motivate a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, testers and others to develop, execute and release in alignment with program and/or product roadmaps. + Manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of all work items, such as new features, defects, etc., including providing the decision to create, fix or defer at the project level. **What's Needed?** + 3+ years’ healthcare experience with providers and/or payers for claims and payment processing or other payment processing experience. + 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role. + High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. + Working knowledge and experience with SQL databases required.
