The **Business Program Manager, Empowering Employee Experiences,** is accountable for people operations. This includes ensuring the successful activation and execution of the Consumer Sales People Plan, which is vital for aligning our workforce with our strategicour strategic goals. It involves managing the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Ensuring that all operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies including Compliance readiness. Supporting various cross-business transformational projects, driving initiatives that foster innovation and improve overall business performance.
The BPM role drives impact by planning, designing, and delivering predictable and measurable solutions for selected programs that support the Consumer Sales Organization team members, and helps scale execution and simplification that result in CSO and Microsoft achieving their purpose and business objectives. Working in a global sales and marketing organization at the intersection of customers, hardware partners, and channel partners, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape business programs and strategies that have global impact.

**Responsibilities**
**People Plan Execution**
+ Support activating and executing the WW CSO People Plan in partnership with key stakeholders by implementing frameworks, aligning with organizational goals, and promoting continuous performance improvement and learning aiming to driving drive positive change. In partnership with key stakeholders ensuring the smooth execution of the plan and alignment with organizational goals.
+ Work closely with CSO Leadership, the Business Manager community, and HR to enhance clarity, collaboration, and overall organizational productivity.
+ Manage headcount reporting, tracks key metrics, and provides insights to support decision-making. Ensuring Ensure data is accurate and up-to-date, which is essential for monitoring the progress of the People Plan.
**Onboarding and Readiness**
+ Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration and readiness for success within the organization.
+ Design and maintain comprehensive onboarding content that includes essential resources, training materials, and company policies to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
+ Own and improve onboarding tools and platforms to streamline the onboarding experience, track progress, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Tracking regular updates on metrics and regular updates on consistent basis.
**Compliance Readiness**
+ Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance readiness with regulatory requirements and Microsoft standards of business conduct, focusing on readiness for required training, role-based training, monitoring completion progress, addressing audit findings, and fulfilling other compliance-related activities. Providing support for ad hoc requests while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Collaborate with Compliance, CELA, Sales Operation and Learning teams to drive compliance awareness and effective communication, provide regular leadership updates, and deliver comprehensive reports on compliance readiness metrics.
**Other continuous improvement / transformational projects**
+ Implement large-scale efficiency initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across operations. Support change management and organizational transformation projects to help evolve and enhance the business.
**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
+ OR equivalent experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Intermediate conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
+ Proven skills in financial, marketing, and IT management .
+ Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities.
+ Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, as well as negotiate and collaborate effectively.
+ Highly analytical - ability to understand business metrics, customer, and market trends.
+ Ambitious, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, effectively manages priorities.
+ Confident with an ability to work and build relationships with managers, willing to take on big challenges, advocate a position, build a business case, and influence others (required).
+ Interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills that include exceptional cross-group collaboration skills to successfully and independently work across many teams and functions.
+ Person of integrity, capable of great judgement and decision-making skills, showing the utmost discretion in the management of confidential corporate information.
+ Solid understanding of Microsoft’s strategy, product, and service offerings, as well as company culture.
+ Desirable qualifications include formal training in project and process management, financial accounting, business strategy and operations and/or internal controls.
Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.
