The SE&O team plays an essential role translating Microsoft’s commercial strategy to a regional execution plan and driving operational excellence through the prism of enabling consistency, agility, and accountability in Asia. Our team drives cross-functional insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.
The Business & Sales Operations (BSO) group is the centre of excellence for cross-business execution performance, planning, and sales operations. The team helps to scale execution, operationalise business & sales programs, and drive business, sales, and partner transformation that forward Microsoft’s business objectives.
**Responsibilities**
+ You will enable on-strategy performance through high-quality Planning deliverables that cascades Microsoft strategy, maximizes Area opportunity and supports execution to meet business targets. Work to land corporate guidance and local activities into a cohesive execution plan and lead Area planning process engaging Microsoft workstreams owners to align, inform and prepare Area leadership for Planning decisions and manage Area planning timeline, resources, communications to maintain leadership informed, and guarantee timely deliverables on BSO owned workstreams of FY planning.
+ You will execute effective resource management by managing headcount deployment (Blueprint) and Employee Data Management (EDM). Cascade Fiscal Year (FY) Blueprint and support Regional or Area leadership headcount decisions in partnership with Finance, Segments and HR and ensure in-year Regional or Area Blueprint fidelity and drive governance on required Blueprint changes.
+ You will partner with the Global Sales Operations Center (GSOC) team to identify services expansion that scale productivity and enable efficiencies in ROB and Resources management and drive adoption of standard tools via ROB guidance. Support Tool simplification and drive Data Platform and Reporting consolidation by adopting Microsoft standard Toolset.

+ Good understanding of the Asia market landscape, cultural nuances, and business dynamics
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with resilience and adaptability
**Required/Minimum Qualifications:**
+ **7+ years** proven experience in strategic planning, business operations, and insights
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field
