Business Project Lead Analyst, Medical Management - eviCore - Hybrid
eviCore is currently seeking a Business Project Lead Analyst. The Medical Management Business Project Lead Analyst will assist with product management activities and provide foundational support in maintaining and improving EviCore’s Medical Management Department thru enhancements and strategic initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with Product Management leads and cross-functional teams to ensure that product enhancements and operational changes are properly supported. This individual will also establish relationships with business, operations, and shared service partners to conduct research, gather feedback, track progress, and contribute to product readiness and enablement initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, evaluate, and communicate business requirements; supervises the build of program enhancements within eviCore’s business applications, processes, and systemsTrack progress towards releases ensuring ELT, company values and vision are used in decision makingKeep customers and users apprised of product release status by ensuring company facing backlogs are up to date with our business and IT partners.Work thru release strategy with relevant stakeholders to ensure the correct teams are prioritizedCreate workflows of current state with BPO, CTPO, CTBOs.Work with stakeholders to identify gaps in physician workflowsDevelop and maintain key project documentation and plans to ensure tasks, issues & deliverables are tracked against plan; provides timely project status updates, and effectively escalate and address issues as they arise.Take lead role in development of detailed business requirements, work with business matrix partners and product owners on functional requirements and design, support testing activities as needed, provide input and documentation in support of training and business readinessProvide issue resolution support – determines root cause through testing, troubleshooting and problem-solving while ensuring that future risk is mitigated

QUALIFICATIONS:

HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.High degree of technical knowledge, testing, and validation skills are required.Strong knowledge of data model/database design conceptsSQL experience3+ years of experience in business operations or analyticsExperience successfully managing project planning and executionExperience working with multiple groups, internally and externally Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work with shifting priorities to meet project requirementsKnowledge of resource management toolsStrategic Thinking: Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture

This role has a hybrid designation. If hired in a near a location where there is no eviCore office, your designation will be remote on interim basis.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
