Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Project Manager in Redmond, WA. Summary: To successfully support the organization's growth, we are seeking a self-starting Business Manager who is responsible for leading business operations in several areas including Learning and Development and University Relations & Engagement. This role involves strategic planning to align org objectives with org health, partnering with people from various orgs at all levels to implement plans, and instituting business procedures to meet the company's goals for growth and accelerate employee development, performance, and impact. This position will lead the vision of this program with some supervision and create the business rhythms, infrastructure, and partnerships across functions to achieve our goals. Responsibilities: * Business Project Manager will build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, universities, student organizations, professional associations, and diversity groups * Collaborate with leadership and cross functional partners to ensure strategic alignment for long-term goal setting and execution * Identify opportunities to take a position of leadership when it comes to university engagement & recruiting, learning & development * Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to enhance program and business partner experiences * Identify and implement new opportunities to connect with future talent including high school STEM programs, sponsorships and more * Ensure the end-to-end experiences of programs are repeatable, scalable, and align with core values
