The Opportunity:
Aon currently has a permanent opportunity for a Business Quality Analyst to join our Business Assurance team.
This role would see you supporting the delivery of operational and regulatory compliance and business quality assurance frameworks and continuous business improvement initiatives. As such, you will play a part in Aon’s ongoing internal risk mitigation strategies and business excellence initiatives.
This role would see you:
+ Conducting compliance and quality assurance testing work across the branch network focused on audit/remediation activity.
+ Analysing and assessing test results.
+ Generating detailed reports recording all assurance activities under the programme and highlighting key findings.
+ Identifying and addressing trends and gaps in processes that can lead to risk exposure for the business.
+ Engaging with front-line colleagues throughout the branch network to assist and improve understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements and broking standards.
About you
You could have a background in General Insurance Broking, Administration or Office Support, or exposure to Compliance and Quality Assurance programmes, with phenomenal attention to detail. If you don’t have prior insurance experience, then training will be provided if you are eager to learn.
To hit the ground running, you should have:
+ Outstanding attention to detail
+ Ability to analyse and interpret data
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word and preferably SharePoint)
