Responsibilities Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments, and international and other commercial and consumer products offered through East West BankCollaborate with Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager to develop and implement customer-centric strategic marketing plans and generate new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking, and referralsMaintain and apply a thorough understanding of the bank’s credit policy, client eligibility and all necessary business practices to ensure the submission of accurate and complete commercial and consumer loan packagesActively participate in local and regional business functions; coordinate and organize targeted campaigns and eventsProvide management with input regarding current policies and practices of competition, when appropriateEducate customers on how to use our digital platforms to bank and invest when, where and how they wantPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking with proven sales track recordStrong understanding of C&I loans, SBA loans and/or industry-focused lendingIn-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; experience in international activities between U.S. and Greater China preferredStrong analytical, marketing/sales, consulting and negotiating skillsStrong written and verbal communicationHigh energy, results-oriented, and work well in a team environmentStrong desire and capability to influence, educate and connect team, partners and customers to technologyHas ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platformsEast West Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
