As a Business Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in:

Improving the lives of our customers and the well-being of their businesses through financial solutions, education, and advice.Ability to drive the priorities of the business and develop a plan to drive growthProactively identifies, develops, and maintains a quality network of business relationships that services as a source of referrals for new business opportunitiesDrive business growth by engaging clients through omni channel

Responsibilities Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of deposits, investments, mortgage, treasury management, loan referrals and international and other consumer products offered through East West BankIndividually contribute to overall team growth, performance, and business developmentResponsible for connecting with new and existing customers to determine their needs and advising them of appropriate products Ensure collaboration with all business partners within the bankAccountable for implementation of virtual delivery of growth plan, including sales goals, profitability, performance, and leads/sales prospect managementMaintain and apply a thorough understanding of the bank’s cross border policy, client eligibility and all necessary business practices to ensure quality of NRA onboardingPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred 5+ years related banking experience and familiar with banking productsAbility to work collaboratively across functions within the BankSolid business acumen, and ability to learn entire business model Knowledge and understanding of banking products, market, and business trendsExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skills, high level of integrity, self-motivated and disciplinedStrong problem-solving and networking skillsFlexible in working hours for servicing overseas clientsProficiency in Microsoft Office Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr.
