In this role, you will:

Provide support for a portfolio of customersWork with business client managers to maintain a portfolio of accountsOversee overall customer experienceHandle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managersHelp with customer associated risk managementCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsHandle medium to complex customer issues which include escalation and resolutionCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve medium to complex issues


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education6+ months of Treasury Management product knowledge and experience

Desired Qualifications:

6 plus months Treasury Management Dedicated Client Services Experience6 plus months experience supporting Complex Treasury Management Products (Ex: ECS Product Suite, BAI, International Wires)Intermediate knowledge of Treasury Management Tools and Applications (Ex: UAM, Service View, Hogan)Intermediate knowledge of Commercial banking or Corporate Investment Banking client baseStrong personal leadership skills, including initiative, accountability and the ability to inspire and motivate othersEnergetic, quick learner, positive attitude, willing to work as a team player in a team environmentAbility to navigate multiple Treasury Management systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationAbility to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationshipsProblem analysis and resolution skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levelsAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentStrong telephone etiquette skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills


Job Expectations:

Ability to travel 10%The hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ESTThis position offers a hybrid work schedule. Required 3 days in specified location per week.
